This year we had 28 entries in 15 categories!. Each submission was evaluated and judged by a panel of local building and design professionals. The criteria used to judge these projects included aesthetics, special or unique design solutions, quality workmanship, the use of appropriate building materials, budgetary considerations, and challenges and/or obstacles associated with the remodel.
