Brian Minnich is currently the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Building Industry Association of Washington (BIAW).  As BIAW’s chief lobbyist, Brian is responsible for developing and implementing the association’s pro-housing legislative and regulatory agenda.  Before joining BIAW in 1991, Brian was a Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) for five years.  Brian resides in Olympia with his wife Karen and two children.
